The fan assembly pictured is for heavy duty operation. In my experience running WSPR or FST4 the heat sink doesn't warm up very much and I don't use a fan. The heat sink is beefy at 8lg x5 5/8 wide with a 3/8 think base.

Longwave 50 Basic Kit
This is a basic kit with PCB's and Heat sink. The buyer will source all the parts necessary to build the kit.
The Longwave 50 is a 50W LF/MF amplifier that runs off a 13.8VDC power supply. It uses a pair of IRFZ24N finals in a push pull configuration and draws about 10A. Covers 2200M and 630M. Requires 1W input.
